Cancellation Policy
Due to a limited number of Megaformers available, we have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Please refer to the steps below on how to cancel your class as we do not handle client bookings or cancellations on our end:
Cancelling a Reservation
- Sign in your account via our official app or click the account icon in the menu (upper right corner).
- Once on the app, click the home button.
- View your "Upcoming Classes" and click cancel for the class you no longer want to attend.

Valley Studios
Single class: Loss of class + no fee
“I Am Determined” (Auto-pay + Non Auto-pay): $25 fee
All Access Month Pass: $25 fee
New Client Month: $25 fee
"I AM INSPIRED" 8 classes monthly: Loss of class + $25 fee
Malibu Studio
Single class: Loss of class + no fee
“I Am Determined” (Auto-pay + Non Auto-pay): $25 fee
All Access Month Pass: $25 fee
New Client Month: $25 fee
All Access
All Access Month Pass: $25 fee
5,10 or 20 class packs: Loss of class + no fee
Other Cancellation Information
- Arrivals 10 minutes past class start time are considered a late-cancel and will be charged $25 and result in loss of class. No exceptions. Class switches within the 12hr cancellation window are also considered a late-cancel and will not be honored.
- If you attend the wrong location and/or class time with an existing reservation, you will be charged the $25 no-show fee for that location and be responsible for purchasing a single class to attend the different location. Email and text reminders are sent 24 hours in advance with your date, time and location listed.
- Any specialty packs offered during special promotions will result in loss of class and a $25 fee.
- New members must arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time or you will not be permitted to attend class due to safety concerns. Class credits will not be returned and refunds will not be granted for late first time arrivals.
- If you have a Dr's note to submit for your cancelled visit, this will be accepted to waive the cancellation fee and/or gain your class back in your account.
